Advanced Welding and Project Fabrication allows students to enhance ARC and MIG skills further while designing and constructing major metal projects, such as trailers. The fabrication part of the course will start with group projects to familiarize students with the real-world setting. Students will design and draw plans before the construction of projects begins. Due to safety as a top priority, clothing and shoes used in the industry are a requirement. CACC will provide welding helmets, gloves and safety glasses. Every student will have an opportunity to advance personal and professional skills through participation in FFA.
