Explore advanced techniques such as sausage making, other charcuterie, coffee and the study of regional and international cuisines. You will also learn what it takes to produce large quantities of products for various catering events and product sales. Classes can participate in running a food truck, serving catered meals and community events. Classes are set in a professional kitchen, and workplace readiness skills are emphasized daily. ServSafe Certification will be available to students. Every student will have a chance to advance personal and professional skills through participation in SkillsUSA.
