Have you ever heard of Photoshop, Google or OSX? They have one thing in common—they are all built in the C++ programming language. As one of the most popular programming languages, C++ is for scientific and business applications. This college-level class introduces you to algorithms and programming to design and implement various computer-based solutions. Each class involves applying fundamental concepts in the first semester, followed by more interactive programs by the end of the year. To be successful, you should expect to work outside of class time. Every student will have an opportunity to advance personal and professional skills through participation in SkillsUSA.
