Certified Welding 3 - 9453

Certified Welding 3 is a challenging course, accredited by AWS, that focuses on pipe welding in four positions using Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), and a combination of SMAW and GTAW. Students study welding, oxy-fuel, and power tool safety as well as welding symbols and American Welding Society structural certification codes. Approved work clothes and shoes are required. Articulated college credit may be available. Please see instructor for details.
