Many exciting career opportunities are available in agribusiness, sales, marketing and management. This course will provide the basics in sales, communications, finance, advertising and entrepreneurship for any students interested in pursuing careers or post-secondary education in the agriculture industry. Basic economic concepts and issues impacting the U.S. food and fiber industry will be addressed and it will offer strong coverage of macroeconomic theory and international trade. Leadership and public speaking skills will be emphasized through participation in the FFA organization.
